Step 1
Get those clothes ready and packed. Do make a quick count at your end and book a service call. You can do the same by calling our number, updating an app request or simply walking into our nearest location.
Step 2
Once the garments reach a purple location, they would be counted and a quick update in the system would send you an acknowledgement SMS specifying your order id , the garments received and the estimated bill value for the required service.
Step 3
Depending on the type of service request, we assign it to the respective specialist to do their magic.
Step 4
Once the process is completed and the clothes are ready to hand back to you, you will receive an SMS update along with an online payment link. You could walkin to the store and pickup your stuff just as you had wanted it. In case of a doorstep drop, our customer care team would get in touch with you and facilitate the delivery.
