    Purple Ironing Offers the entire array of services of Garment Care – Steam Ironing, Wet Washing, Dry Washing, Strarching & Stain Removal
    Purple will take utmost care of the Garments collected ,PURPLE is not responsible for fastness of colour or shrinkage of garments and does not guarantee of 100% stain removal.
    Purple cannot be held responsible for buttons,hooks,beads,trimmings during the course of normal processing
    Payments are to be made on Delivery of processed Garments or in Advance for Packages. There are no credit facilities.
    Purple cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage arising from any unforeseen circumstances.
    Customers are requested to examine their garments before taking delivery and we are not responsible for any damage reported after delivery.
    Any misplacement/short delivery/exchange should be reported to PURPLE customer care within 24 hours of delivery.
    Purple will make every effort to Deliver Garments for Steam Ironing within 48hrs of pick up and for all other services within 5 days of pick up.If due to some uncontrollable circumstances, if the delivery becomes late, the customer is not entitled for any compensation or reduction in the charges.
    For all Articles lost/Damaged a claim needs to be registered through E Mail @ purpleironing@gmail.com .For all genuine cases the maximum refund would be Ten times of the rate charged for Steam Ironing, Wet Washing, Dry Washing, Strarching & Stain Removal
    All Government Taxes shall be extra, if applicable.
    Tariffs are subject to change without notice.
    PURPLE reserves the right of approval of items that can be laundered.
    Classification of Item Category of Garment will be at the sole discretion of PURPLE.
    It is assumed that member agrees to receive transaction and promotion SMS/WhatsApp from PURPLE on their registered mobile number.

Cancellation and return policy: We appreciate your help in keeping our schedule run efficiently. If you are unavailable at home to give pick-up or take a delivery , please let us know to cancel the appointment atleast 2 hours in advance of the appointment.

Refund policy: No refunds shall be made, neither full nor partial for services or packages used /consumed. The refund of unconsumed amount on packages will be at the sole discretion of the management.

Shipping /delivery policy: We pick-up and deliver in Coimbatore Corporation Limits
Pick-up and delivery appointments will always be in slots For Eg:9am to 11am, and not on specific timings.
