- Purple Ironing Services Pvt Ltd (Referred as PISPL), Offering the entire array of services of Garment Care – Steam Ironing, Wet Washing, Dry Washing, Starching & Stain Removal. Our Terms and Conditions are iron clad and we abide by own rules.
- We will take utmost care of the Garments collected. We are not responsible for fastness of colour or shrinkage of garments and do not guarantee of 100% stain removal.
- PISPL cannot be held responsible for buttons, hooks, beads, trimmings during the course of normal processing.
- Payments are to be made on Delivery of processed Garments or in Advance for Packages. There are no credit facilities.
- PISPL cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage arising from any unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are requested to examine their garments before taking delivery and we are not responsible for any damage reported after delivery.
- As per Terms and Conditions, Any misplacement/short delivery/exchange should be reported to PISPL customer care within 24 hours of delivery.
- PISPL will make every effort to Deliver Garments for Steam Ironing within 48hrs of pick up and for all other services within 5 days of pick up. If due to some uncontrollable circumstances, if the delivery becomes late, the customer is not entitled for any compensation or reduction in the charges.
- For all Articles lost/Damaged a claim needs to be registered through E-Mail at info@purpleironingservices.com For all genuine cases the maximum refund would be Ten times of the rate charged for Steam Ironing, Wet Washing, Dry Washing, Starching & Stain Removal.
- All Prices are excluding GST
- Tariffs are subject to change without notice.
- PISPL reserves the right of approval of items that can be laundered.
- Classification of Item Category of Garment will be at the sole discretion of PISPL.
- As with Terms and Conditions, It is assumed that member agrees to receive transaction and promotion SMS/WhatsApp from PISPL on their registered mobile number.
